   Pomnik "Korona Himalajów" w Władysławowie to symboliczne miejsce, które stanowi hołd dla polskich himalaistów, zdobywców najwyższych szczytów Himalajów i innych górskich masywów na świecie. To wyjątkowy pomnik, który przywołuje ducha odwagi, determinacji i pasji alpinizmu oraz upamiętnia niezwykłe osiągnięcia polskich sportowców.

 

   Na cały pomnik składa się czternaście płyt z piaskowca, które są symbolem czternastu ośmiotysięczników: Mount Everest, K2, Czo Oju, Broad Peak, Nanga Parbat, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Kanczendzonga, Annapurna, Lhotse, Makalu, Sziszapangma, Gaszerbrum I i Gaszerbrum II. 

 

   Pomnik został odsłonięty w roku 2014 na Alei Gwiazd Sportu we Władysławowie. Podczas odsłonięcia pomnika, zostały również odsłonięte tablice pamiątkowe z nazwiskami wspinaczy.
